Personal Testimonies: "Lost and broken, I found myself registering for my first Beyond Divorce workshop in the Fall of 2000. What happened after that is nothing short of an awesome gift of grace and hope. Beyond Divorce gave me a community to grieve with, as well as to rebuild with. The people there provided an enormous source of love and caring that I am lucky to have experienced. I am nearly at a loss of words to express the feeling of having my life saved, a life which I had discarded as hopeless....I will always be thankful for that." "I attended Beyond Divorce many years ago at University Presbyterian Church. My divorce had been final approximately four years earlier, but I had recently moved to Seattle and my previous home church did not have a unique ministry such as Beyond Divorce. I was encouraged in my journey as a single person and single parent as well as learning more about my feelings and the normal processes of experiencing a divorce.
